实验室改造中应该注意哪些细节?

  任何现代实验室的建设或改造都离不开设计和施工。专业的设计是顺利施工的基础,完美的施工才能把设计图纸付诸实施。那么在实验室改造中应该注意哪些细节?

  1. 排水管道施工

  在建建筑由建筑师提供设计方案,然后根据设计图上标注的位置和距离大小,预留隐蔽管道或悬挂管道用于建筑本身的施工。多年未建或者已改建实验室的,应当寻找取水、排水的水源,采用明渠、吊管施工。

  为建筑师提供管道规划的路线。讨论提前设置管线井或预留孔。或者确认建筑本身没有管道井(如果有的话)。相反,根据现场距离和地形可以找到理想的排气管道路径。重新确认控制方式,计算风机的排风量和风速。
  Provide architects with pipeline planning routes. Discuss setting up pipeline wells or reserved holes in advance. Or confirm that the building itself does not have pipe wells (if any). On the contrary, the ideal exhaust pipe path can be found according to the site distance and terrain. Revalidate the control mode and calculate the exhaust volume and wind speed of the fan.
